Confidential in Croydon is recruiting a Customer Service & Order Processing Executive to manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and high service standards. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, and website, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining CRM records to support upsell opportunities.

Monday to Friday, office-based with a KPI bonus. The successful candidate will join a growing team, benefit from training, a competitive salary up to 30,000 with up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received via telephone, email, website, CRM systems, and other communication channels.
• Manage customer enquiries relating to orders, product availability, deliveries, and account information.
• Ensure order accuracy and maintain high service standards throughout the customer journey.
• Coordinate deliveries using both third-party carriers and internal delivery resources.
• Proactively contact customers to confirm delivery schedules and provide updates where required.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and capture valuable customer insights.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions to support business growth.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded.
