UBT in Croydon is seeking a Customer Service & Order Processing Executive to deliver first-class service from order placement through delivery. You will manage orders by phone, email, and website, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate CRM records.

The role offers office-based hours, a salary up to £30,000 with up to 20% KPI bonus, and clear progression paths within a supportive, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or administration.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Confidence using CRM, order processing, or business systems.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders received via telephone, email, website, CRM systems, and other communication channels.
• Manage customer enquiries relating to orders, product availability, deliveries, and account information.
• Ensure order accuracy and maintain high service standards throughout the customer journey.
• Coordinate deliveries using both third-party carriers and internal delivery resources.
• Proactively contact customers to confirm delivery schedules and provide updates where required.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and capture valuable customer insights.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions to support business growth.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded.
