Busuu is a leading EdTech company and part of Chegg, empowering people through languages. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships, drive adoption, and expand accounts across our enterprise clients in a SaaS environment.

Fluency in French and English is required, with an entrepreneurial, solutions-focused mindset. You will work with sales and product teams to translate client needs into solutions, onboard new clients, and drive retention and referrals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Customer Success/ Client Relationship/ Account Management within a technology business and SaaS environment
• Fluent in French and English
• Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused with client-first mindset
• Ability to interpret and present client data to customers
• Strong problem-solving with clients and smart solutions
• Experience with enterprise-sized SaaS clients

Responsabilités

• Build strong and long-term relationships with our clients
• Ensure clients maximise Busuu usage and meet goals and KPIs
• Develop and deploy strategies to improve retention and enable growth
• Onboard new clients and help them implement Busuu
• Collaborate with sales and product to translate needs into solutions
• Generate customer references, case studies and referrals
• Identify emerging trends in the corporate language market
