Job summary

Barracuda, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive post-sales relationships, accelerate product adoption, and identify upsell opportunities.

You will develop strategic success plans tied to customer business goals and coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering and professional services. Covering the Benelux region, Dutch language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations, account management or customer success.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven track record growing SaaS or subscription revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales relationship with clients and drive adoption.
• Formulate customer success strategies aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and services to resolve challenges.
• Serve as primary contact for multiple product lines across the customer journey.
• Deliver customized product delivery to the customer's environment.
• Proactively reach out to offer support and insights.
• Provide training and resources to customers and junior team members.
