Job summary

Mobility Global in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Specialist to educate customers on platform capabilities, support migrations, and drive adoption.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to maximize usage, renewals, and upsell opportunities, while building strong relationships with senior client contacts and guiding customers through change.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services or a sales/account management role with client engagement.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior client contacts and drive outcomes.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; able to explain complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute proactive client engagement activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Educate clients on Mobility Global products to boost usage and value realization.
• Provide tailored training on platform features and migrations for different user roles.
• Support customers through platform migrations and navigate change with confidence.
• Monitor product usage and translate insights into renewals and upsell actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior client contacts and understand goals.
