Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Director to own the roadmap, delivery, and evolution of our core data platform. You will lead a small PM team and collaborate with engineering and data science to turn automotive data into high-value client-facing products.

You will shape AI strategy, oversee data-driven discovery, and coordinate go-to-market efforts to ensure client value and platform adoption across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Experience leading data-heavy platforms or analytics products with data governance knowledge.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML feature productization and AI integration capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage roadmap tradeoffs and deliver across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in agile environments across full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the data platform.
• Lead a small product management team and coordinate with engineering and data science.
• Define AI strategy, evaluation criteria, and trusted outputs.
• Drive customer and market discovery, benchmarking, and forecasting insights.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to position, demo, and drive adoption.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and project momentum.
