Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Director to own the roadmap, delivery, and evolution of our core automotive data platform. You will lead a small product management team, collaborating with engineering and data science to translate complex automotive data into high-value client-facing products.

The role demands strong ownership of strategic direction and day-to-day execution, with a focus on AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience leading data-heavy analytics platforms or products.
Understanding of data governance and pipeline design.
Knowledge of AI capabilities evaluation, explanation, and integration.
Proven ability to manage roadmap tradeoffs across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in an agile environment across the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the data platform.
Lead a product management team and partner with engineering and data science.
Translate business needs into technical specs and guide AI integration decisions.
Define evaluation criteria for AI features prior to launch.
Lead customer and market discovery to inform product direction.
Coordinate go-to-market activities with sales, marketing, and client success.
Manage stakeholder relationships to maintain momentum and alignment.
