This is a home-based role requiring occasional travel to client sites and in-office days quarterly. Overview

Customer success Manager -ERP software , SAP B1, Software Sales, Account Management,

This role works with 45 existing clients as a customer success manager.

This job is home based with travel to client sites when necessary and 1 day every 3 months in the office (or on a team day).

This is a well run company, with a good ERP solution that works. Your job is to buddy up with the other account manager and help them with the "customer success issues" so you will be at the front of the client relationship making sure they are happy.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other account managers to address customer success issues and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Be at the front of the client relationship to ensure customers are happy and deriving value from the ERP solution.
  • Travel to client sites as needed; spend 1 day every 3 months in the office (or on a team day).
Qualifications
  • Experience in a client-facing role and an understanding of how business runs.
  • Knowledge of software licensing and professional services (implementation and support).
  • Experience with ERP software, accounting software, WMS software, manufacturing/MRP software, CRM software, or distribution/wholesale software.
  • Strong communication skills; able to listen, be cheerful, and engage with customers.
