Job summary

Moody's Corporation in Warrington is looking for a customer success professional to drive ongoing adoption, retention, and value for our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering best practices, training and product updates to support scalable success across multiple engagements.

You will lead onboarding and strategic sessions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and help customers maximise utilisation of our product while identifying risks and growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-focused roles such as customer success, account management, pre-sales or support.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with high attention to detail.
• Excellent English and German communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer success across lifecycle, adoption, health and retention at scale.
• Act as trusted advisor, sharing best practices, training resources and product updates.
• Lead engagements including onboarding, kickoff calls and strategic sessions.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to improve efficiency and drive results.
• Monitor customer usage and present recommendations to optimise outcomes.
• Identify opportunities and risks within assigned accounts and maintain product knowledge.
