Job summary

Moody's Corporation, in partnership with hackajob, seeks a Customer Success professional based in the UK. You will be accountable for your customers' overarching success throughout the lifecycle, including adoption, account health and retention at scale.

You will act as trusted advisor, sharing industry best practices and resources, such as training, user events, webinars, product releases, and more. English and German communication is required, with travel up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/first-level degree required, preferably with coursework in business, economics, finance, marketing or related fields.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in English and German.
• Experience creating and leading scalable client-focused communications or campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for customers' overarching success throughout the lifecycle, including adoption, account health and retention at scale.
• Act as trusted advisor, sharing industry best practices and resources such as training, webinars, and product updates.
• Lead engagements including hosting webinar-style training and empowering customers at scale with resources.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and contribute customer-centric ideas to improve efficiency.
• Organise and lead onboarding, kickoff, status calls and strategic sessions.
• Collaborate to create and maintain training resources for end users.
• Monitor and analyse customers' usage of the product and present recommendations.
• Identify opportunities and risks within the assigned customer base; maintain product knowledge.
