Trane Technologies is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to deliver outstanding support and coordination for service technicians and customers. The role focuses on scheduling workloads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring efficient administrative processes.

On-site five days a week, the position emphasizes strong communication, invoicing accuracy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer care or service support role.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate technicians to deliver great customer experiences.
• Experience with processing invoices and purchase orders within authority levels.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with customer service software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support for scheduling service technicians.
• Schedule technician workload for PPM, breakdowns, warranty work, hires and commissioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as the primary contact.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales and Operations to share customer insights.
• Ensure timely invoice processing within agreed authority limits.
• Generate regular reports on completed invoiced work orders.
• Support service technicians and ensure adequate regional desk coverage during peaks.
• Communicate updates with supervisors, technicians and customers to drive improvement.
