Job description

London (3 days per week in London or Client-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the go-to-market and growth of a given industry or sector
  • Develop strong relationships & long-term partnerships with clients & Salesforce
  • Support marketing & events, create industry go-to market strategies and points of view
  • Conduct business discoveries, shape solutions and create project plans for our clients which align to their business goals
  • Estimate projects & create key documentation to support the sales process
  • Support our clients & delivery team to ensure projects are successful
  • Support junior Solutions consultants to develop their skills and progress their careers
  • Strong client management & relationship building skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organisation, including C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong writing abilities, with a focus on producing high-quality documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Commercial and business acumen, with a focus on value-driven solutions
  • Proven business analysis expertise including business process improvement, requirements gathering, etc.
  • Understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and best practice project methodologies
  • Technical understanding of Salesforce core clouds & broader Salesforce ecosystem
  • Action orientated with an ability to balance short term sales activities with the long-term business strategy
  • Highly organised and proactive with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • A motivated self-starter, comfortable to work with ambiguity and take the initiative to lead client partnerships

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background
  • Minimum of 4 years of Salesforce experience, preferably in a pre-sales, solutions or functional delivery role

Preferred:

  • Experience in defining & executing go-to-market strategies tailored to specific industries
  • Pre-sales experience – responding to bids, running demonstrations, etc.
  • Non-core Salesforce experience – Revenue Cloud, Field Service, Agentforce, etc.
