As trusted partners, we proactively advise our clients on opportunities and solutions to exceed their expectations, securing future investments.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Client Solutions Manager to help scale our growing advertising business. This role involves working with sales, product, and other business partners to analyze and improve advertisers’ performance on TikTok, supporting their marketing initiatives. The manager will utilize our unique data to generate high-quality, actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and unlock business opportunities.

Key activities include analyzing success metrics, developing data-driven insights, and communicating these insights clearly. Responsibilities:

  1. Drive lower funnel media strategy, planning, and campaign implementation to meet clients' business goals.
  2. Support sales team with pre-sale research and pitches.
  3. Educate teams on TikTok for Business offerings through training sessions, documentation, and whitepapers.
  4. Design and oversee measurement strategies, tracking, and results delivery.
  5. Expertise in advanced measurement solutions like Conversion Lift Studies, interpreting outcomes to optimize campaigns.
  6. Promote adoption of TikTok’s auction platform and tools, providing technical support and real-time analysis.
  7. Manage and nurture post-sale relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
  8. Present findings to clients and collaborate internally for comprehensive solutions.
  9. Monitor campaigns to identify optimization opportunities.
  10. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot platform issues.
  11. Analyze campaign data to provide insights and improve advertising offerings.
  12. Share marketplace feedback to inform advertising strategies.
  13. Conduct business reviews, building long-term relationships with clients in collaboration with sales.
  14. Develop expertise in TikTok’s metrics and evolve data analysis and communication methods.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing account management or performance roles.
  • Knowledge of tracking, attribution, and measurement tools (Pixel, CAPI, MMP, SKAN).
  • Experience executing on biddable networks.
  • Managing brand advertisers with full-funnel objectives.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive with excellent project management and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, translating technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience troubleshooting with product and engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to present complex analysis simply to C-suite stakeholders.
