Job summary

DFS Group in Doncaster is seeking an Online Customer Service Adviser for maternity cover. The role is 22 hours per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) at our Group Support Centre, handling after-sales enquiries and delivering high-quality digital customer support.

You will use Zendesk to manage cases, respond to reviews and support customers across social channels, ensuring a positive, trusted experience with our signature service.
