Job summary

Mast Group Ltd. is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join our Daresbury team. You will manage customer inquiries, coordinate orders, and support multiple internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service environment.
• Experience using an ERP system (SAGE) and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent proactive service to customers and achieve KPIs.
• First point of contact for customer queries via email and telephone.
• Build good relationships with customers and distributors.
• Process orders and coordinate with sales, marketing, warehouse and logistics.
• Assist with quotations, tenders and credit notes as required.
• Ensure prompt shipment for UK and export orders.
