Job summary

ReeVR in Harlow, Essex is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing business. You will own orders from receipt to despatch, keep customers informed and ensure delivery commitments are met.

Working closely with Production Planning, Item Preparation and Production teams, you will manage priorities, resolve issues and provide updates through the ERP system, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, order management or supply chain within manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• ERP system experience and good Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to despatch, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing business in Harlow.

This is a varied role combining customer service, order management and production coordination. You'll act as the key link between customers and the factory, taking ownership of orders from receipt through to despatch, keeping customers informed and ensuring delivery commitments are met.

Working closely with Production Planning, Item Preparation and Production teams, you'll play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly, managing priorities and resolving any issues along the way.
