Brett is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in the UK. You will manage customer interactions, process orders, and generate quotes to support external sales teams.

A focus on accuracy, proactive problem solving, and strong communication will help ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in customer service, experience in manufacturing or construction, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or construction is preferred.
• Proficient IT skills and experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Pro-active thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with high accuracy.
• Strong communication with internal and external contacts.
• Experience with Decorative Aggregates or Aggregate background.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate records for all customer interactions.
• Serve as first point of contact for inquiries with timely and efficient responses.
• Process customer orders accurately within required timeframes.
• Generate quotes and provide pricing information to merchant stockists, coordinating with external sales when needed.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to smooth operations.
• Handle delivery and invoice queries with swift resolution.
• Organise haulage and negotiate rates with tipping contractors.
