The University of London is the UK’s largest provider of international distance and online learning and the convenor of a federation of 17 London-based universities, many of which are among the highest-ranking universities in the world.

The successful candidate will join a team providing efficient, welcoming library services at Senate House Library, focusing on front-line and administrative duties, especially interlibrary loans (ILL) and document supply.
Responsibilities include assisting users with inquiries, processing ILL requests, managing circulation, collection administration, and document scanning.
Key skills include a methodical approach, IT proficiency, and problem-solving abilities. The role involves working Saturdays on a rota (up to one Saturday every four) and occasionally later hours (up to 7 pm), with time off in lieu offered for additional hours.
