Customer Services Manager

(Total Compensation including bonus, commission & benefits: Up to £40,000)

This position is central to our growing global organisation, where you will oversee all aspects of your centre’s performance. We provide you with the autonomy and resources to manage your centre as if it were your own business. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing all on-site operations.
  2. Addressing challenges and resolving issues.
  3. Conducting tours for prospective customers.
  4. Upselling to existing clients.
  5. Ensuring excellent customer service to turn clients into brand ambassadors for you, your team, and IWG.

Ideally, you have experience achieving targets while leading a small, close-knit team. You might have managed a flexible workspace centre, a retail store, restaurant, or a customer-focused site.
