Studio Music is part of the SP&S division of SATCoL. It provides sheet music to educational establishments, brass bands, music teachers, and musicians. As part of the Studio Music team, the role holder will ensure that customer orders are taken, processed, and dispatched in line with company expectations.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills. This role involves a variety of duties, including answering telephones, responding to emails, taking and processing orders, printing and collating sheet music, along with the opportunity to attend trade shows on an ad hoc basis.
