As an Apprentice Customer Services Assistant, you will provide high-quality customer service, working with diverse customers, volunteers, stakeholders, and partners. Your responsibilities include welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and helping them make full use of library facilities. The role is primarily based in Harlow Library, with occasional travel to other libraries.
