About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will support the team in healthcare communication projects, gaining experience across the project lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. We seek someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow in pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to London for meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support in delivering high-quality, multi-channel healthcare projects
  2. Understand the healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing industry
  3. Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
  4. Manage references in Veeva Vault PromoMats for approval workflows
  5. Research market trends and competitors to inform strategy
  6. Assist in managing client budgets, POs, and external costs
  7. Manage small projects, timelines, and internal coordination
  8. Proofread materials for accuracy and consistency
  9. Prepare reports and updates promptly
  10. Collaborate within the team and foster an inclusive culture
  11. Communicate proactively about challenges and deadlines
  12. Track daily time using EASL project management tools
About the Person
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Biosciences, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong prioritization and workload management skills
  • Committed to personal and professional development
