Volkswagen Group UK Customer Services is seeking agents to support over 1 million customers annually across Retail Finance and Aftersales products. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, enter customer data accurately, and liaise with VWFS and other departments to maintain high standards of customer service throughout the life of finance agreements.

Role includes processing end-of-contract options, maintaining systems with activity details, and applying FCA guidance while delivering

Formación

• Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to demonstrate systematic thought processes.
• Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to enquiries, mainly by phone and email.
• Enter and handle customer data with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain liaison with VWFS and other departments.
• Adhere to FCA regulations to fulfil your role.
• Process end-of-contract options and update systems with account activity.
• Take ownership of issues within approved authority.
