Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) is seeking a customer services professional to support our retail finance and aftersales products. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, update customer data with precision, and work with multiple VWFS teams to maintain service levels and regulatory compliance.

You will excel in a fast paced environment, adapt across processes, and deliver proactive service while upholding the company promise of openness and ownership.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Ability to handle enquiries by phone and email.
• Familiarity with FCA/Data Protection regulations is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Respond to enquiries mainly by phone and email.
• Enter and validate customer data with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain liaison with VWFS and other departments.
• Understand FCA regulations relevant to the role.
• Carry out end‑of‑contract options and document changes.
• Update systems with account activity.
• Work within defined authority and escalate when needed.
• Manage multiple processes with adaptability.
• Provide proactive customer service with product knowledge.
• Deliver excellent customer service consistently.
