Volkswagen Group UK is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to support customers through finance and aftersales journeys. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, update records, and liaise with multiple teams to ensure accurate processing of documents and options at each stage of the contract lifecycle.

Formación

• Experience in customer service via phone and email.
• Understanding of data protection and consumer credit basics desirable.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work across different teams and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to enquiries mainly by phone and email.
• Enter and update customer data accurately in systems.
• Maintain liaison with VWFS and other departments.
• Understand FCA regulations to perform duties competently.
• Handle administrative tasks such as document validation and end‑of‑contract options.
• Update systems with account activity and maintain records.
• Work within approved authority and escalate when required.
• Switch between processes as needed to meet customer needs.
• Deliver proactive, high‑quality customer service at all times.
• Demonstrate clear understanding of customer requirements.
