Your enthusiasm for cars and bikes, combined with your customer service skills, will be key to your success in this role. Ideally, you’ll have some experience in fitting car parts and cycle repair, even as a hobby. We provide training to develop your skills, ensuring you deliver market-leading service standards.
In this role, you'll work on customers’ vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, providing a variety of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and servicing. We aim to help you enhance your practical problem-solving skills and work efficiently. Retail experience is preferred, but if you have tailored your approach to a customer-focused sales environment, we can support your development.
