The Role:
You will handle inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral. This includes booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on a booking system. We seek good communicators who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. A polite and professional telephone manner, empathy, and understanding of caller needs are essential.
What does an average day look like?
- Working in a lively environment.
- Signing into systems and preparing for the day.
- Assisting callers or family members with referrals, providing accurate information and support.
- Booking or rearranging appointments, being the first point of contact.
- Maintaining professionalism, politeness, and positivity.
- Offering service excellence and respecting data confidentiality per GDPR.

- Strong verbal and written skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build collaborative customer relationships.
- A positive attitude and good interaction skills.
- Professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Customer Service experience.
- Experience in target-driven environments.
- PC literacy and multi-system navigation.
- Good typing speed.
- Ownership, resilience, and dedication to service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, engaging environment.
