Clanmil in Belfast is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Service Centre Team. You will handle a high volume of customer queries across multiple channels, delivering an outstanding service to current and prospective customers.

This permanent full-time role is 37 hours per week, based at our Head Office in Belfast City Centre. We value resilience, organisation and a friendly, approachable manner, with flexible or hybrid working where appropriate and a competitive benefits package.

• One year’s experience handling a high volume of customer queries in a front-line customer service role such as a call/service centre, retail, etc.

About the role

As a member of our Service Centre Team, you will be operating within a dynamic, responsive, and fast-paced environment in which you will provide an outstanding service to all current and potential customers contacting Clanmil. You will be using different communication channels to communicate with customers and promoting digital channels where possible.

You’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service and helping people overcome challenges. Organised, resilient and approachable, you’re confident building trusted relationships and adapting to changing priorities in a busy environment.

One years’ experience of dealing with a high volume of customer queries in a front-line customer service role such as a call/service centre, retail etc, will help you succeed in this role.
