About the Team

You'll be joining a friendly and supportive team that prides itself on delivering excellent customer service. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll receive full training and have the opportunity to develop your skills within a growing business that values teamwork, customer care and continuous improvement.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to support their busy operations team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who has gained around 6-12 months' experience in an administration or customer service role and is looking to build their skills in a supportive office environment.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support while assisting customers with enquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as previous experience.

Key Responsibilities
