Customer Services Administrator – Chorley - C£24K – Permanent – Full Time

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a high volume of phone calls across various parts of the business
  • Processing orders efficiently and accurately
  • Managing four busy email inboxes
  • Raising quotations and following up on them
  • Responding to stock inquiries
  • Coordinating and arranging deliveries
  • Providing product or service information to customers via phone and email
  • Keeping customers informed about the status of their orders
  • Working with an in-house system and maintaining databases
  • Sourcing new leads
The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Have previous experience in customer service or sales order processing
  • Be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Be well-organised with great attention to detail
Desirable Experience
  • Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
