Job Overview

Runcorn (WA7) up to £27,000 DOE

Forrest Recruitment LTD is currently partnering with a leading manufacturing organization seeking a Customer Service Administrator to cover a 12-month maternity leave. Immediate start available.

Location: Runcorn (WA7)

Benefits include: Defined Contribution Company Pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service), Life Assurance (3 x base salary), Discretionary Bonus (up to 8%), Cycle to Work Scheme, and Free parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise quotations, orders, and pro-forma invoices and process them through Nav.
  • Assist with queries and liaise with relevant personnel to resolve them.
  • Assist in covering reception and greeting visitors.
  • Prepare for and participate in daily and weekly update meetings.
  • Raise invoices and credit notes.
  • Maintain good customer relations.
  • Assist with switchboard coverage occasionally.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in Customer Service & Administration.
  • Experience in manufacturing is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills internally and externally.
  • Strong IT, numeracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable.
  • Ability to think quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
