Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation, who are seeking to employ a Customer Service Administrator to join them during an exciting time of growth & expansion.

Location: Runcorn (WA7)

Defined Contribution Company Pension

23 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing with service)

Life Assurance 3 x base salary

Discretionary Bonus (up to 8%)

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise quotations, orders and pro-forma’s and process them through Nav.
  • Assist with any queries that arise and liaise with the appropriate people who can resolve the queries.
  • Assist in covering reception and dealing with visitors.
  • Prepare for and attend daily and weekly update meetings.
  • Raise invoices and credit notes.
  • Maintain good customer relations.
  • Assist the department with some cover of switchboard calls on occasion.

Person Specification:

  • Must have proven experience working within Customer Services & Administration
  • Previous experience working within manufacturing – desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
  • Excellent IT, numeracy and organisational skills are required.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and ‘think on your feet’ in a busy, regularly changing environment.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
