As a Customer Service Administrator, you will ensure excellent service for internal teams and external customers, acting as a bridge to coordinate order processing and support.
Skills: Proven customer service experience, high IT literacy (including SAP), strong communication, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage time.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Customer Service or IT preferred; degree in related field is a plus.
Experience: Prior administrative or customer service experience, familiarity with order systems and invoices, industry experience is advantageous.
