Role Overview

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will ensure excellent service for internal teams and external customers, acting as a bridge to coordinate order processing and support.

Responsibilities
  1. Accurately enter customer orders into SAP, reflecting specific requirements.
  2. Coordinate with the warehouse for timely dispatch of orders.
  3. Issue invoices and proofs of delivery in digital and hard copy formats.
  4. Provide sales summaries to customers upon request.
  5. Manage daily tasks to meet deadlines and maintain service quality.
  6. Identify service issues and suggest improvements.
Candidate Profile

Skills: Proven customer service experience, high IT literacy (including SAP), strong communication, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage time.

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Customer Service or IT preferred; degree in related field is a plus.

Experience: Prior administrative or customer service experience, familiarity with order systems and invoices, industry experience is advantageous.
