Role Overview

We are looking for a GB Customer Services Administrator to join our team at our Head office in Nantwich, Cheshire.

The role is predominantly inbound phone-based, and you will spend your days handling inquiries from Genus Sales Staff (70%) and Genus customers (30%).

You Will
  • Assist and support GB Field Sales and Support staff with tablet device help & support, providing vital customer information from our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) over the phone.
  • Liaise closely with GB Customer Accounts, Dairy/Beef Product Managers, Supply Chain Team & warehouses.
  • Handle, record, and investigate customer inquiries and complaints through to resolution by calling/writing to customers and coordinating with relevant personnel.
  • Manage your own sales territory and complete monthly tasks by deadlines.
  • Collaborate with sales staff, managers, and directors within your territory to achieve goals.
Requirements
  • Proficient in computer use with excellent keyboard skills; familiarity with ERP system D365 is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable.
  • Excellent listening skills and a polite telephone manner (essential).
  • Commitment to Customer Service Excellence.
  • Attention to detail and an organized, methodical approach.
  • Ability to stay updated on Genus products and services.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload.
