Job summary

Motorpoint, the UK’s leading omnichannel car retailer of nearly new cars, is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor in Burnley. You will oversee the end-to-end vehicle handover process, ensure exceptional customer service, and work with sales to enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of strong customer service in a face-to-face environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to great customer service with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to identify training needs and mentor others to improve performance.
• Full UK driving licence is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Overarching responsibility for the smooth running of the vehicle handover process, including paperwork, finance sign-ups and demonstrations.
• Delivering fantastic customer service to exceed customer expectations.
• Resolve customer issues positively on the same day.
• Work with the team to meet monthly NPS targets.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to improve the customer journey.
• Liaise with on-site departments to enable same-day car handovers and manage delays.
