Motorpoint in Burnley is seeking a Sales Executive to join our fast-paced team. You will greet customers, deliver a no-pressure sales experience and help identify needs for chosen vehicles.

You will build rapport, quote face-to-face, upsell finance options, and work toward monthly targets while delivering outstanding service. A full UK driving licence and prior sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• Previous sales experience is essential.
• Ability to work towards monthly targets.
• Experience selling financial products would be beneficial; training provided.
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers quickly.
• Ability to be flexible as weekend work will be required.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and build rapport with customers arriving at store.
• Deliver a no-pressure sales service to identify and anticipate needs.
• Complete face-to-face quotes on chosen vehicles in line with customer needs.
• Upsell relevant products and finance where relevant.
• Work towards monthly, individual and team targets.
• Complete handover to customers with high levels of service.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure outstanding customer service.
