Job summary

Motorpoint, the UK’s leading omnichannel car retailer of nearly new cars, is seeking an Online Sales Executive in Derby. You will manage the customer journey online from first contact to purchase, delivering a first-class service and helping drive a large share of the company’s sales.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week over seven days, a permanent contract, and a base salary of £15,000 plus a realistic OTE of £50,000 (top performers £60k+). Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Call Centre environment preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service as part of a team.
• Take inbound calls to guide customers through purchasing their new car.
• Support and guide the customer through the finance and web order processes.
• Upsell of products we offer by tailoring to the customer’s needs.
• Outbound pre and post collection calls from the web orders to generate a positive overall customer experience.
• Great time management skills to manage your own workload as well as supporting the daily tasks within the team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to every customer you come in contact with.
