Motorpoint Ltd in Burnley is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the frontline team and ensure an exceptional car-buying experience. You will coordinate the vehicle handover process, sign-ups, and demos while driving service standards and team performance.

The role requires a proven customer service background, strong communication, and a full UK driving licence. Expect a 5-day rota across 7 days with weekends included and a competitive hourly rate with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of strong customer service in a face-to-face environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to great service with good organisational skills.
• Ability to identify training needs and mentor others.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth vehicle handover processes, including paperwork, finance sign-ups and demonstrations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to exceed needs.
• Resolve customer issues on the same day where possible.
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly NPS targets.
• Work with the Sales Manager to improve the customer journey.
• Coordinate with other departments to enable same-day car handovers.
• Live the Motorpoint values and contribute to a positive work culture.
