Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Coleraine is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and supports the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and checkout area to deliver great service.

You'll lead a small team, ensure accurate processes, and help merchandise the store while protecting company assets and maintaining a welcoming environment that drives sales and profitability.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our teamin Coleraine!This is a permanent, part time role, working 20 hours a weekand will require the flexibility to work shifts in the evenings and at weekends.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area ensuring that our team delivers the best service for our customers!

You will also:

• Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Ensure colleagues demonstrate the appropriatebehavioursin the checkout area
• Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills and knowledge
• Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
• Merchandise the store to provide a welcoming customer environment which also delivers sales and profitability
• Protect and safeguard the Company assets
