Job summary

B&M Retail in Coleraine is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for a permanent part-time role (20 hours per week) with evenings and weekends shifts. You will assist the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and checkout area, ensuring excellent service and smooth store operations.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, team-driven and committed to delivering great service in a busy retail environment.

• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
• Merchandise the store to provide a welcoming customer environment which also delivers sales and profitability
• Protect and safeguard the Company assets

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Coleraine! This is a permanent, part time role, working 20 hours a week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the evenings and at weekends.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area ensuring that our team delivers the best service for our customers!
