Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our store team in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same.

You will provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments, and help maintain the store’s appearance while supporting colleagues across online orders, tills, replenishment and stock routines. You’ll respond to customers with care and act on feedback to improve service daily.
