Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will be delivering friendly service, stocking shelves, and processing payments. You’ll work across tills, replenishment, and store operations, helping maintain a clean, safe environment and supporting customers with a positive, can-do attitude.

You will clock in and out to ensure accurate hours and follow safety procedures. Think 25 policy applies to age-restricted products.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to engage with customers and resolve queries.
• Willingness to work across tills, replenishment and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves and ensure product availability.
• Process payments at tills and maintain accurate pricing.
• Assist with store presentation and cleanliness.
• Support across store areas including online and the tills.
• Follow safety procedures and Think 25 policy for age-restricted products.
• Clock in and out to record hours and ensure correct pay.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events.
