Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and process payments while ensuring the store looks inviting and safe.

You’ll be involved in coaching and feedback to improve service and follow our Think 25 policy for age-restricted products. The role may include post office duties if the store operates a Post Office Local.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Stock shelves and manage store appearance.
• Process payments and operate tills.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to safe and compliant store conditions by following procedures.
• Follow training and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment.
• Clock in and out accurately to ensure correct pay.
• Support age-restricted product checks in line with Think 25 policy.
• Assist across multiple store areas including online orders and replenishment.
