Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers, stock shelves, process payments and maintain the store’s appearance while upholding safety and company policies.

You will engage with customers across areas including tills, online orders, replenishment and stock routines, delivering friendly, efficient service and working to enhance the shopping experience for our community.

Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Willingness to learn and follow store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Serve customers with passion and pride, delivering natural service.
Encourage feedback from customers through surveys.
Work across all store areas: online, tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines.
Follow training to work safely and comply with policies.
Participate in community events and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
Understand store performance and how your role drives profit.
Clock in/out accurately to ensure correct pay for hours worked.
Follow security procedures and wear applicable safety equipment.
Support the Shift Leader and Store Manager when needed.
Comply with the Think 25 policy for age-restricted products.
