Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary. In a fast-paced retail environment you will deliver excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and help keep the store looking its best.

As customer-centric culture guides our approach, you will seek on-the-job coaching and feedback to improve service and safety, ensuring the store remains a welcoming place for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail environments preferred.
• Able to work across store areas including tills, replenishment and online tasks.
• Willingness to follow store policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Know customers and serve them with passion and pride.
• Encourage customer feedback and complete surveys when possible.
• Work across store areas to meet customer needs and maintain safety.
• Ensure accurate clock-in/out and safe handling of age-restricted products where applicable.
• Help keep aisles tidy, shelves stocked, and the store welcoming.
