Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for our Port Salford site. The role is full-time and office-based, with flexible rotating hours Mon-Fri and occasional weekend coverage.

You will support daily customer service administration, process orders in SAP, and generate client reports while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer focus.

Competenze

• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
• Attention to detail/ accuracy.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Order processing experience.
• Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Conscientious and reliable with adaptable attitude.

• Answering emails for both internal and external personnel.
• Problem solving for client, customer and Internal departments.
