Job summary

Red Recruitment Group urgently requires experienced Sales and Customer Service assistants for temporary to permanent opportunities in Tyseley, Birmingham. You will speak to customers both inbound and outbound to offer a positive customer service experience at all times.

The role involves mainly inbound calls (about 50 per day), coordinating with warehouse staff to keep stock accurate, checking deliveries, and following up on order requirements with calm professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Speak to customers both inbound and outbound to offer a positive customer service experience.
• Dealing with mainly inbound calls at approximately 50 per working day.
• Work closely with warehouse staff ensuring stock is accurate and duties are carried out.
• Checking on deliveries and following up on customer order requirements, resolution of shortages or issues in a calm and professional manner.
• General admin and data entry / sending and responding to customer emails as required by the client.
