Red Dot Search UK Limited in Larbert is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to handle inbound calls from pay-as-you-go mobile customers, resolve issues, and, where suitable, move them to a flexible monthly plan. Full paid training and permanent employment from day one are provided.

The role is on-site at Central Business Park, Larbert. It is 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with a rotating 8am–9pm shift.

Customer Service & Sales Advisor | Larbert, Falkirk | £26,520 basic + uncapped bonus | Start Monday 2 November

Love helping people and happy to make a sale when it's the right thing for the customer? We're recruiting Customer Service & Sales Advisors for a contact centre in Larbert, looking after customers of one of the UK's best-known mobile networks. Full paid training, permanent from day one.

What you'll be doing

As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor you'll handle inbound calls from pay-as-you-go mobile customers who can't top up. You fix the problem first. Then, where it genuinely suits them, you move them onto a flexible monthly plan.

• Sorting out pay-as-you-go top-up problems quickly and properly
• Asking the right questions to find out how each customer uses their phone
• Recommending a monthly plan where it's a better fit
• Working across several systems while keeping customer service first
• Working towards customer service and sales targets

Who we're looking for

No minimum experience is needed. Customer service, retail, a phone shop, telesales, hospitality, or any job with a sales target is a great background for this Customer Service & Sales Advisor role.

• £26,520 basic salary, paid monthly
• Uncapped bonus, currently averaging around £350 a month, with top performers earning up to £1,000 a month (averages, not a guarantee)

Hours and location

40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 9pm on a rotating rota, with shifts released at least four weeks ahead. Fully on site at Central Business Park, Larbert. Easy to reach from Falkirk, Stenhousemuir, Denny, Grangemouth, Stirling and Cumbernauld.
