Job summary

Red Dot Search is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Advisor in Larbert, Falkirk, on-site. You will handle PAYG top-ups, resolve issues, and transition customers to suitable monthly plans while meeting sales targets.

The role offers a basic salary of £26,520 with an uncapped bonus and full training, plus staff discounts and a permanent local position. Start date is Monday 2 November.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience needed, but you'll be comfortable with sales and targets.
• Great customer service and a calm, patient manner.
• Confident with technology and happy using multiple systems.
• Resilient and curious.
• Available to start on Monday 2 November.

Responsibilities

• Sort out pay-as-you-go top-up problems quickly and properly
• Ask the right questions to understand how each customer uses their phone
• Recommend a monthly plan where it's a better fit, and explain why
• Work across several systems while keeping the customer experience first
• Work towards sales and customer service targets
