We are looking for our next CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, for the Operations team in London Heathrow, UK. The aim of this role is to assist all areas of the Airport operational activities providing great customer service to our clients whilst supporting the achievement of Operational KPIs.

What would be your main challenges?

  • Support areas of our operation including check in, baggage, ticket desk, flight dispatch, etc.
  • To provide excellent customer service skills at all times.
  • To observe the mission, vision and company values and to follow the company's, procedures and processes when serving customers.
  • Communicate any delays to our customers as require.
  • Prioritize clients with Special needs.

What do you need to be our next Customer Services Representative?

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative whilst being strong team player.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast pace, dynamic work environment with minimum supervision.
  • Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese is essential.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
